Too Sweet

I have been trying to find a way to use less power sugar for cupcakes and cakes. After carefully experimenting, I have decided to add sour cream to my buttercream not a lot. It worked and actually it is really good. The mixture of cream cheese, power sugar, butter and sour cream. It takes the favor to another level who would have known.


Let's see what else, I will come up with next....
