Terms And Condistions
We are a small, private, professional, family-friendly, and locally-owned bakery that will create a wide array of tasty treats ranging from cakes, cupcakes, pies, and petit fours, just to name a few. We offer a wide variety of flavors, fillings, designs, cakes, pies, cobblers, and icings. All of our sweets are made to perfection. We proudly serve Boston MA and surrounding areas.
Event Retainer Fees
For special events we ask that you place your order at least 30 days in advance – or much sooner – if at all possible. A 50% retainer fee is required to secure our services, event date, and order; the balance is due no less than 7 days prior to your event date. Failure to pay in full by the due date of the contract will be null and void, and the retainer fee and/or any additional payments made will not be refunded. ABSOLUTELY, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Orders placed within 7 days of the delivery date may be subject to an additional rush fee including a 75% retainer fee to secure our services.

Contract Agreement
Once the contract has been confirmed, signed, and established, only additional items may be added to menu. Deletions and/or exchanging of the menu WILL NOT be allowed. The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of additions, style or flavors of the cake, desserts, and/or baked products ordered. Any changes after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of (Sweet Heaven Gourmet, LLC) to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
Liability
Sweet Heaven Goumet, LLC is not responsible for any damages to the dessert(s) and/or baked products after set-up is complete. You, the customer are responsible for providing an appropriate secured table and environment for the dessert(s) and/or baked products ordered. Products are heavy and will require a sturdy table, and an optimal room temperature of 70 degrees or below.
Photography
On occasion, Sweet Heaven Goumet, LLCwill photograph our cakes, dessert, and/or food products and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
Allergies
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and/or other allergins. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
Orders & Concerns
Orders must be inspected and any concerns must be addressed at the time of delivery and or set-up prior the the consumer or Sweet Heaven Gourmet, LLC exiting the premises. Once Sweet Heaven Gourmet, LLC exit the premises, we are not responsible or liable for any concerns, mishaps, or complaints.
