Everyone has there, as most people call it "gift". But baking to me is an art and a passion. Someone says you bring a recipe to life, nope. I don't measure anything, I can feel the measurements as it pours out of me, it feels like your favorite song, movie or that book you can read over and over again. That is what happens when the oven is pre-heated or the mixer is turning, I get lost in the moment.
You can feel it everything after that first bite.
